Terms of Service

Welcome to the Welcomeasy App powered by Snapmeal. The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the services and mobile application provided by Snapmeal. By downloading or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including vendors, customers, and content contributors.

2. Service Description

The Snapmeal App provides a platform for users to order food. We collaborate with independent third-party vendors, including Welcomeasy, to fulfill food orders. The App also enables users to set up recurring orders and regular orders for regular food deliveries on a predetermined schedule.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.


You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders, including recurring orders, are subject to acceptance by the third-party vendors. Prices for food items may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. We accept various payment methods, which will be clearly presented in the App. By setting up recurring orders, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order unless you cancel as outlined in Section 5.


Payment for your order will be processed at the time the order is placed, and you agree to provide valid payment information. For recurring orders, payments will be processed automatically based on the selected order frequency weekly.


We accept various payment methods, which will be clearly presented in the App. By setting up recurring orders, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order unless you cancel as outlined in Section 5.

5. Recurring Orders

The App allows you to schedule recurring orders, where food will be delivered to your specified location at regular intervals. By setting up a recurring order, you agree to the following terms:


  • Payment for Recurring Orders: Payments for recurring orders will be automatically charged to your selected payment method on a weekly basis, with the default charge day being Saturday. Any recurring orders placed within the same weekly interval will be charged at checkout
  • Cancellation of Recurring Orders: Refer to section 6.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Non-Recurring Orders: You can cancel non-recurring orders at any time through the App before the third-party vendor's designated cut-off time.


Cancellation of Recurring Orders: You can cancel recurring orders at any time through the App before the next scheduled weekly payment. If you cancel after the weekly payment has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the already scheduled delivery.


Orders (Recurring and Non-Recurring) that have been delivered cannot be canceled or refunded


Canceled orders will be refunded using the same payment method used to place the order. Fees and surcharges are not refundable.

7. Delivery

Please note that all deliveries are handled by third-party vendors. If any issues arise with your delivery, we recommend contacting the vendor directly for assistance.

8. Vendor Responsibility

All food provided through the App is prepared by third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or compliance with dietary requirements of the food provided by vendors. Any complaints regarding the food should be directed to the vendors directly.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:


  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Post or share content that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with the operation of the App or disrupt other users experiences with the App.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Snapmeal or third-party vendors (e.g., product listings and details). You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapmeal will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snapmeal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia/NSW. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia/NSW.
